    Transition

As I lay on my bed, a million and one thoughts come rushing to mind. I question why is all “this” happening to me?” Everything seems to be malfunctioning one after the other. If it’s not one thing it’s another. At first I chose to pay little attention to it but things get to a point when it really touches that last nerve and I can no longer bare it anymore. I soon began to question why must I let go of certain things or people. Honestly, I do not fully understand at this point. At this point of life, things make you feel like you are in a maze.…

    He offers Peace & Direction

Promises of God. If you are like me there comes a time in your walk with God when you seem a bit puzzled when faced with decisions. You may question; Should I join this group now or should I wait a little later? Should I go ahead and purchase two pairs of… (glasses) or one? Should I go to dinner with this guy or not? Should I purchase this toy for my son or not? Should I begin this project or that other one? Should I continue with ballet class or drop it? You may be bombarded with a myriad of questions as you try your best to walk earnestly…

    A New Thing

One of the things about God, is that He isn’t a talker. What He says He will do, He always does. He says in Isaiah 55: 11 (paraphrased) that when His words leave His mouth it can’t return unto Him void. In order words; whatever His says must be accomplished. It’s impossible for Him to lie, therefore what He says He will do, He does. In this season of life, the Lord is doing a new thing. We know that He has done marvelous things for us in the past but He says to forget all that. Pretty much the same thing He told the children of Israel. Forget about…

    The Keyring

It’s always interesting to see how everything aligns as I collaborate with God’s plans. About a year ago, I felt led to order a keyring. However the specific design could not be completed and therefore it was placed on hold. A few months later I visited a church and was gifted a keyring. It’s certainly not what I had in mind but as always God’s plans are always perfect. I got a ‘lips’ Keyring instead. Haha. It’s cute though. But what’s even more amazing, is not how dazzling and perky it is, but the verse which was attached to it; “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of…

    Abba Keeps His Promises

The Lord kept his word and did for Sarah exactly what he had promised. 2 She became pregnant, and she gave birth to a son for Abraham in his old age. This happened at just the time God had said it would. 3 And Abraham named their son Isaac. 4 Eight days after Isaac was born, Abraham circumcised him as God had commanded. 5 Abraham was 100 years old when Isaac was born.6 And Sarah declared, “God has brought me laughter.[a] All who hear about this will laugh with me. 7 Who would have said to Abraham that Sarah would nurse a baby? Yet I have given Abraham a son…

Times & Seasons – Wait Patiently

For everything there is a time and a season. We may be waiting now, but sooner than we believe, we will soon be enjoying the blessings.  Times & Seasons  Bible Reference: Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8 We have to learn how times and seasons work in our life. When it’s time to simply wait on God, we wait patiently, in love and in deep passion in Christ.  This brings a smile to my face because I just love God. I love how He makes me feel when I spend time with Him. He lets me know that there is a time and a season for everything. Though I may be waiting, I…

    God is In Control-Wait Patiently

During the week of January 13th 2022, I was a bit concerned about God’s timing for things to happen in my life. I know it seems anxious and I should not be. We are reminded to be anxious for nothing but instead, do everything with prayer and supplication, making our request known to God. He will then give us His peace to guidance.  I allowed my mind to take on a path of its own for a while and honestly, that’s not good at all. When we do that we give the enemy entry into our heart and mind and then we begin to worry and this often leads to…

    Try Again

When He had finished speaking, He said to Simon [Peter], “Put out into the deep water and lower your nets for a catch [of fish].” 5 Simon replied, “Master, we worked hard all night [to the point of exhaustion] and caught nothing [in our nets], but at Your word I will [do as you say and] lower the nets [again].” 6 When they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their nets were [at the point of] breaking; 7 so they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both of the boats [with fish], so…
