    Be Thankful Everyday

Before I did anything, I decided to reach for my journal and jot down ten (10) things I was grateful for as soon as I woke up. I penned “I’m grateful for life and God’s protection over us while we slept. I’m grateful for a home and a bed to sleep in. I’m thankful for the ability to see, walk, talk, move every part of my body, ability to think and use my brain, ability to create and dance.” My list of thanksgiving grew longer as time went on. Before I knew it I was done. That was it. I was able to find at least ten (10) things I could be…

    He is Protector

Could it be that the Lord your God has already called you out to a special assignment but you are filled with fear? You are still stagnant because you fear failing. Or could it be that the vision is so big that it’s easier to run from it than towards it, even if you know that the Lord Your God will do the fighting for you? Either way He is still calling you out from among them to pursue this great assignment. The impact you will make on the lives of the people will be massive. Young and old will come to the Lord because of your obedience. Lives will…

    Stay Joined To Me…

“I am the vine, and you are the branches. If you stay joined to me, and I to you, you will produce plenty of fruit. But separated from me you won’t be able to do anything. John 15:5 As we reflect over the past four (4) weeks, abiding and simply walking with Christ through John 15:1-4, we see and feel much revelation imparted to us. He first told us that we should abide in Him; the True Vine. Then He took the time to prune us and stared us in the eyes and lovingly said “You are ready”. After which He encouraged us to remain in Him. On our deep…

    Jireh

“Jireh, You are enough. If He dresses the lilies with beauty and splendor, How much more would He clothe you. If He watches over every sparrow, How much more does He loves you.“ Lyrics byWritten by Steven Furtick, Chandler Moore, Naomi Raine, Chris Brown This song has been on my heart for a few days now. Waking up to it again on the morning of May 20th 2021 was another amazing reminder of who He has always been in my life. He is Jireh; Jehovah Jireh. That mean He is my provider and He is more than enough for me. Regardless of whatever situation I am in or will face throughout my…

    Come Walk With Me…

I feel worn out and exhausted from life issues. I’m literally grappling for any form of hope. Abba reaches out His soft palm and holds my hands. I instantly feel an unexplainable peace enveloping me. He comforts me and says; “My dear child, you need nothing. I am everything you need and will ever need. Come follow me into the pasture I have already prepared for you because I love you. I want you to rest and rejuvenate in me. Come. Lay down in this lush meadow for a while and just find rest in me. Reflect on my goodness. I will never leave you nor will I forsake you.…

    It’s a Done Deal!

Hey Dear! God Never loses a battle! He will come through for you at His appointed time. Regardless of what the situation looks like once He said it, consider it DONE! Whatever God says CANNOT return to Him void (Isaiah 55:11). It must accomplish that which He sent it out to do. Even if the enemy roars and rages against you just remember there are more who are with you than those with them (2 Kings 6:16). No demon in hell can trample upon you once you abide in Him. As a matter of fact the Lord has given you the authority to trample upon scorpions and serpents and nothing…

    Will You Just Trust Me?

As I reflect on the journey I decided to make with God, I question the unpredictable path. He lovingly always responds to me but in the end ensures to give me a choice. He never forces me to do anything but instead reminds me that He is my Father and He knows what He is doing. In order to live the abundant life, we have to be willing to just trust Him even when it doesn’t make sense. Me: Where exactly are You taking me God? God: You don’t need to know right now but what I want is for you to just Trust Me. Me: Wouldn’t it be better…

    Live in Me

Stay joined to me and I will stay joined to you. No branch can produce fruit alone. It must stay connected to the vine. It is the same with you. You cannot produce fruit alone. You must stay joined to me. John 15: 4 Stemming from our previous devotional “You Are Ready” Christ shared the good news to His disciples. They were ready to carry out their missions. They were already prepared to handle Kingdom Business without Him physically being there. However, He instructed them to never stray away from Him. In order for them to produce fruit it was essential for them to remain connected to the True Vine. …

    I Have Redeemed you

“But now, this is what the LORD says– he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” -Isaiah 43: 1-2 What an amazing way to start off this new month. God reminds us that He is still God and we should not be afraid of anything we have to…

    My God is So Big…

One night while laying on my bed, the Lord dropped this song into my heart: ‘My God is so big so strong and so mighty there’s nothing my God cannot do for you…….’ So I began to sing it. Later He dropped ‘Hallelu, Hallelu, Hallelu, Hallelujah Praise Ye the Lord….’ The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob wants us to know that He is El Shaddai, He is the Almighty God. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ever ask or think according to His power at work in us. There isn’t anything too hard for Him. Continue to press in His presence and trust…
