He is Protector

Could it be that the Lord your God has already called you out to a special assignment but you are filled with fear? You are still stagnant because you fear failing. Or could it be that the vision is so big that it’s easier to run from it than towards it, even if you know that the Lord Your God will do the fighting for you? Either way He is still calling you out from among them to pursue this great assignment. The impact you will make on the lives of the people will be massive. Young and old will come to the Lord because of your obedience. Lives will be changed for the better. Those who had no hope will soon find hope and begin to live again. Christ will lead them into a path of righteousness; one they never thought would ever become a reality. You will inspire others to live, breath and try life again. People will actually listen to you because it is the Holy Spirit who will do the talking, you are just the vessel. Lives will be saved from eternal damnation. They will receive a new life; the old will be gone and behold a new life will come upon them. Things will radically be changed all for the Glory of God. His power will be made manifest. Do you not see it? Do you not perceive it? He is doing a new thing. He is making ways in the wilderness and He is putting rivers where they never existed before. This new work the Lord is doing needs you to move in His obedience because so many lives are dependent on you.

While the Israelites were in the wilderness because a new thing was being birthed there had to be a change of leaders. Moses called on Joshua to carry on the mantle because He was appointed by God. Many of you are appointed and in this new season you need to obey the voice of the Lord. Regardless of how unknown the ocean may seem which can bring fear, I encourage you to rebuke this and choose to believe that God is your Protector and He cannot fail. If God called you to a particular task, there is no way He will leave you halfway. He must and will remain with you until He has perfected that work in your life. Do not look at the obstacle before you but rather keep your eyes set on God! He is able to carry you through ever situation. He already knows every situation you will encounter, so decide today to put your trust in His loving will.

Just as Moses encouraged Joshua, I encourage you today, Be Strong and Courageous, because God Himself, personally is with you. In spite of how Great the call is, remember that with God you have already won because He is your Shield and Banner. Put on your Shield of Faith and Stand Strong knowing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

“Then Moses called Joshua. All the Israelites watched while Moses said to Joshua, “Be strong and brave. You will lead these people into the land that the Lord promised to give to their ancestors. You will help the Israelites take that land and divide it among them. The Lord will lead you. He himself is with you. He will not fail you or leave you. Don’t worry. Don’t be afraid!” Deuteronomy 31:7-8 ERV
