This song has been on my heart for a few days now. Waking up to it again on the morning of May 20th 2021 was another amazing reminder of who He has always been in my life. He is Jireh; Jehovah Jireh. That mean He is my provider and He is more than enough for me. Regardless of whatever situation I am in or will face throughout my day, He is already enough and equipped to keep my feet from stumbling. He is More Than Enough. I do not have to worry about what will or may happen because He has already gone way ahead of me, setting the path straight, covering up any hidden dangers and ensuring that my angles stand guard to protect me.
He also reminds me of His great love. I mean it’s already enough that He protects us but one thing about Jireh is that He demonstrates His great Love towards us. He says “look at the lilies, see how beautiful they are, I clothed them. I am the one who took the time to fashion them in beautiful array, how much more do you think I would clothe you. I love you more than anything in the world. You are my son and daughter and that means that I will care for and beautify you so much more than how I clothed the flowers. You mean so much more than you can ever imagine to me. So much that I sent my dearly beloved and only son to die for you so you can be free. You are my beloved, so do not worry about anything because I am Jireh, I am ENOUGH!“
“Do not worry. I know sometimes you may worry a lot about how you will make ends meet. Surrender your worries to me and you will find peace regardless of the season. My dear son, My dear daughter, I am able to meet all your needs. I can supply in abundance what your eyes have not seen, just cast all your cares to me. Go, take a walk, look at the birds, do they stress and worry about what they may eat? No! That’s because they know that I am their main source of provision. They trust that their Creator will provide the food they need to be sustained by. They trust my hands. I am more than capable of doing this and providing all your heart’s desire. There isn’t a single thing I wouldn’t do for you and that’s because I love you. I am PROVISION!“

“Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
